Super Duplex Needle Valves are manufactured from S32760 or equivalent super duplex stainless steel, consisting of 24–26% chromium, 6–7% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, nitrogen, and trace elements. This ferritic-austenitic composition provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, the valves offer high tensile and yield strength, superior toughness, and dimensional stability under high pressures and temperatures. Their precision machining ensures smooth operation, reliable sealing, and long-term durability, making them ideal for controlling fluid flow in aggressive and high-pressure industrial environments.
